Arab Terrorism Continues Under Arafat His People Danced in the Streets as New York Burned! Ma'alot, Entebbe, Car Bombs, Mortars, Drive-by Shootings, Suicide Bombers, 50 Tons of Iranian Terror Weapons, Refusal to Arrest Terrorists ..........today a Bat Mitzvah in Hadera. Tomorrow?

Jerusalem----January 18.......An Arab terrorist walked into a catering hall in Hadera, opened the doors of a ballroom where a 150 people were celebrating a Bat Mitzvah and opened fire with an M-16 submachine gun. Six Israelis were murdered in the barbaric, Arab terror attack. More than 30 other Israeli terror victims, including many children were taken to hospitals, bleeding, crying and clinging onto life. The terror attack took place just before 11 PM, as some of the guests started to leave the Hall while others were still dancing. Guests subdued the Arab terrorist by throwing chairs and bottles at him. He was taken outside the Hall, where he was discovered to have hand grenades. Police immediately opened fire on the terrorist, preventing further carnage.

The Arab terrorist, a former Palestinian policeman, was a member of Yasser Arafat's Fatah terror organization.

In Washington, the State Department called the attack "vicious" and a "horrific act of terrorism."

"As leader of the Palestinian Authority, the Palestinian Liberation Organization and Fatah, chairman Arafat must take immediate action against those responsible for these acts and confront the infrastructure that perpetuates terror and violence,'' Philip Reeker, a department spokesman, said in a statement.

In the Palestinian village of Tulkarem, dozens of Arab terrorists, the same who had celebrated the attack on the World Trade Center in New York, marched through the streets shooting into the air in celebration. Israeli jets responded by taking out the Governor's House which was being used as an operational base for the terrorists.
The IDF is making effort is being made not to hurt innocent civilians.

Israel Government spokesman Raanan Gissin stated: "We have an on going war with terrorists and we will chose the time and the targets, we will strike with no immunity." Gissin added: "Arafat has taken no action against the Tanzim, his own terrorist group. Arafat has full control, but refuses to act for peace. He has never arrested the terrorists that Israel and the United States had asked him to take into custody. Arafat has made himself totally irrelevant. Arafat is leading his people down a path of destruction."

The dead Israelis were reported to be from Raanana, Or akiva, Hadera, Askelon and Sterot. Four of the Israeli terror victims are in critical condition. Among the dead was the grandfather of the girl celebrating her bat mitzvah.

Israeli Police and military have sealed off the area as dozens of Magen David Adom ambulances and paramedics raced to the Armon David banquet hall and started to treat and evacuate the wounded

Finance Minister Shalom has stated that Arafat must be removed from the region.
Arafat "hasn't done one thing to stop this," said Gissin. "We will do what he failed to do. We will arrest those who need to be arrested. We will stop those who need to be stopped."

Israel police, the IDF and security volunteers are on high alert throughout the country patrolling highways, residential and commerical areas.
